The large and comfortable King or Double Room was a highlight, and the check-in experience was enhanced by a friendly receptionist. However, there were considerable issues with billing that left a negative impression, including a significant hold on my credit card. Additionally, a lack of effective communication from management regarding the problem was frustrating and disappointing.
